Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, you must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or an exchange.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The refund process will take 3-5 working days after approval.

3.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your fragrance for another, it will be subject to availability.

4.⁠ ⁠Important Notes

Customized or limited-edition fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
